Google to bid for WiMax spectrum auction

India is set to auction 3G (third generation ) and WiMax radio waves in January 2010. Foreign firms can also bid for the auction given the terms that after winning the bid foreign company has to form a joint venture with a local firm with a maximum of 74% stake in the joint venture.

Reports are there that the search engine king google may also place the bid for the wimax auction or chances are that google may become technology partner to a telecom service provider.

31st December 2009 is the last day of operation for paid inclusion in yahoo. Yahoo will stop paid yahoo directory submission program after that.  Yahoo directory inclusion program costs $299 and it offers guaranteed inclusion in Yahoo Index however the program never guaranteed promised ranking in top results.

After Singapore its Alexa Philippines

After my SEO time blog got higher Alexa ranking in Singapore it was time for my sweet love quotes blog to dominate alexa ranking in Philippines. Alexa ranking of  http://luvquotes.blogspot.com at Philippines is 114865 whic is quiet high as compares to overall ranking of 1,365,228 (hope this will improve soon). One other blog that is close to achieve top one lakh site status in alexa India. Due to ongoing champions trophy ICC Cricket Scores blog is getting boom in alexa rankings. Current alexa ranking in India is 337,227 as compares to overall 1,784,928 Alexa rank. But as discuss in one of my previous post this is a seasonal traffic this ranking will surely drop once tournament is over till the next major cricket tournament.
